摘要

随着电力系统规模的不断扩大,各大城市的供电网近年来迅猛扩展,城市建设与电网建设之间的矛盾日益突出.为了解决电力市场的供需矛盾,同时考虑到兼顾环境和市容因素,目前绝大多数城市均采用电缆代替架空线进行输电,高压电力电缆通过桥梁进行敷设是电缆数设中的一种特殊情况.本文以佛山市东平大桥过桥电统的敷设工程为例,对高压电缆通过钢性桥梁的技术问题进行研究,对类似环境下的高压电力电缆敷设具有很好的借鉴意义.目前佛山市东平大桥成功运用本文提出的高压电缆过桥技术,已将220kV高压交联聚乙烯电缆数设成功,并且东平大桥已于2006年10月1日顺利通车,至今交通和电缆运行状况良好.

本文在借鉴国内外电力电缆通过桥梁敷设的应用经验基础上,通过理论分析与计算,研究高压电力电缆过桥敷设工程的技术方案.其主要研究包括以下几个方面:高压电缆过桥数设方案的研究:高压过桥电缆造成的环境影响的分析:过桥电缆的故障防范及对策的研究:施工阶段高压过桥电缆的安装与数设.电缆敷设方案的研究是高压电缆过桥总体设计的核心,通过对电缆的伸缩量和大桥伸缩量计算结果进行分析,最终采用相应的电缆敷设技术和伸缩吸收技术吸收电缆以及桥梁的伸缩:通过电缆竖井将高压电缆引上钢架桥梁,因此需针对电缆竖井部分进行研究:通过分析高压过桥电缆对电磁环境、桥梁结构、周边临近人员的人身安全以及通信线路的影响,在对影响结果分析的基础上,提出了应对和防范方案:高压电缆故障的产生原因及故障防范也是高压电缆过桥技术中需要研究的重要内容,在敷设方案已经确定的情况下,研究电绕故障时可能产生的原因并对电缆做好防范措施工作,保证电缆敷设以后的安全、可靠运行,同时将电缆带来的影响降到最低,本文以此为研究基础提出了适用于过桥电缆的故障防范与解决方案,特别提出针对过桥电缆的防火、防震措施,并实现了过桥电缆的可靠接地.高压电缆过桥敷设的最后一个至关重要的技术环节,是高压电续的施工与安装.此环节的顺利进行需要以前面各个环节的深入技术研究为基础,以电缆敷设规范为依据,对以上各个环节的技术应用状况作出总结,提出各个环节的具体实施方案,并严格按照实施方案进行电缆的施工.

Abstract

With the development of cities and scale of electric power system power demand insome big cities has bee greatly rising. Under this circumstance how to solve the contradiction between cities construction and electric power network construction beestrolley wires. Foremost cables don’t influence the visage of the city. On the other hand thecan increase the capacity of the electricity lines. There are always several rivers through theeffective way of transmitting power supply across river is to lay the cables on the bridges which is a peculiar circumstance of putting cables. Transmission is an important part of thebridges. In this paper it draws out some research resuts on the basis of analyzing a series ofcases in and abroad of our country. Particularly it takes the cables installed on the DongpingBridge for an example which is a good application of techniques that reported in this paper.Dongping Bridge along which the cables are installed has been constructed in Oetober 1" 2006. It is functioning well right now.

In the paper some funetion experience is used for reference from bridges which thereare cables installed on. Several technical schemes of how to lay the cables on bridges hasbeen put forward by calculating and analyzing theoretically. Those research results includeseveral aspects such as rescarch on how to choose the scheme of laying cables; analyzing theenvironmental influence induced by installed cables research on measures taken to preventagainst cable fault installation technique. By the way how to choose the scheme of layingoffset with link mechanisms are adopted so that the curvature of cable offset can changeuniformly and absorb the longitudinal displacement of the bridges. In order to tow the cableon the bridges the silo should be built; research should also be specially done on it. In thisthesis some influence of cables stalled on bridges is studied including influence on theelectromagnetic field configuration of bridge people near the bridge and corresponding linesas well Then measures are employed to protect them against influence. Research on the reasons of the cables’ faults is an important part of this paper. In case of HV power cablessetting up on Traffic Bridge faults maybe also appear. The main faults of cables on bridgesare flashover leaking out and open circuit. On account of the special environment where thecable installed when cable is over-current its temperature will increase the capability of the

cable will be destroyed and may evenly catch fire. Syntony influence between cable andbridge will produce vibration displacement and tiredness of cable jacket; it may also destroythe insulator of the cable. On the other hand whether the cable is grounded successfully willdetermine the cable's working conditions such as safety reliability and anticipative life-span.Therefore measures should be taken to prevent against cable fault such as fire vibration andto ensure the safety of cross-river cables. In this paper the main reason leads to fault of cableinstalled on bridge is introduced with the accurate model of Dongping bridge of Foshan city.Furthermore the lighting-test and theory on grounding protection are also shown. As anexample the methods for power cable on steel bridge are presented.
