随着近些年我国改革开放的步伐加快,政府提出了建设“资源节约型、环境友好型”“和谐社会”的倡议,国家电网公司也加强了输电线路工程建设的要求.在其指导精神下,各种“新技术、新材料、新工艺”被广泛应用于电网建设中.
随着中国经济的快速发展,对于的区域规划更加细化,各级政府对海岛的开发开放已日渐升温,海岛的区域地位也越来越重要了.目前,全国多个海岛已被规划为新兴的综合试验区、开发区、港口码头等,而交通便利已成为海岛开发开放的先行条件.因此,各级地方政府常常兴建交通桥梁以连接海岛与大陆的通道,这也为我们解决长期困扰海岛的电力输送问题提供了一种全新的途径.
相对于海底电缆敷设模式,利用交通桥梁敷设电力电缆,可突破无大截面海缆造成的输送容量限制.同时桥梁上可采用常规电缆,具有很高的经济性:同时通过大桥敷设电力电缆,也为日后电缆检修和维护提供通道,大大提高了电缆运行的可靠性.
本文重点研究桥上高压电缆相关技术特性,开展大桥震动对电缆的传达率、电缆在温度变化、桥梁伸缩情况下的伸缩性能、震动与热伸缩影响下的金属套长期应力疲劳、交通桥梁上敷设高压电缆线路的电磁环境影响、高盐雾环境下桥架结构材料选型及防腐方案研究以及电缆在大桥环境下的运行寿命等方面的分析研究.
本文首先结合国内已有的类似工程进行了调查研究,并结合自身的工程特点,论证了电缆的选择标准,确定特有的电缆结构以及接头形式,并通过分析电缆线路故障的原因,提出了防止电缆线路故障的安全措施.与此同时,根据桥梁的特点,文章的设计内容还包含了桥上电缆的防震措施、伸缩性能、高盐雾环境的桥架结构以及防腐等方面的设计,并对交通桥梁敷设高压电缆的电磁环境影响等做了细致的分析.
作为交通桥梁敷设高压电缆的典型案例,一方面需解决高压电缆对交通桥梁的影响,以满足公共区域的安全要求;另一方面,需要从技术上解决交通桥梁的特有性能对高压电缆的影响,以保证电网的安全运行.该工程将为未来岛屿电源供应提供了一种全新的模式,有一定的借鉴价值.

Abstract

With China's rapid economic development for the regional planning is moredetailed open at all levels of govermment on the island have been increasingly warming regional status island is more and more important. At present the island has beenplanning for prehensive test area New Development Zone port and dock act. and the convenient transportation has bec a condition precedent to island development.Therefore local governments at all levels often build thc traffic bridge to conncct the island and the mainland channel . It also provides us a new way to solve thelong island power transmission problem.
Relative to the submarine cable laying mode using the traffic bridge laying powercables which can break the transport capacity without large cross section cable caused by. At the same time the bridge can be used on conventional cable has the highe economy; also through the bridge power cable laying provide the channel for cable repair and maintenance in the future greatly improving the reliability of the cableoperation.
The article focus on the technical characteristics of the bridge high voltage cables carry out the development of bridge vibration of cable cable under the conditionof temperature change bridge expansion case telescopic performance vibration and thermal expansion under the influence of the metal sleeve long-term stress fatigue traffic bridge laying on the high-voltage cable line electromagnetic environment effect ofhigh salt spray environment bridge structure material selection and anticorrosive project research and cable on the bridge of the operation life and so on.
The article bined with domestic similar projects carried out investigation andhe determination of standard cable cable structure characteristic and form of joint and study,and bined with the engineering characteristics of its own it demonstrates t
through the analysis of the causes of the cable line fault then putted forward the safety measures to prevent cable line fault. At the same time according to the characteristics of the design of bridge the contents of the article also includes the desigent of the bridge structure and corrosion etc. and the traffic bridge laying high-voltage cable electromagnetic environmental effects in detail.
As a typical case of traffic bridge laying high-voltage cable on the one hand need to solve the effect of high-voltage cable traffic on the bridge to meet the safety Iequirements of public area; on the other hand need to solve the traffic bridge from the technology of the specific performance of the influence of high voltage cable toensure the safe operation of the power network. The project will provide future island power supply with a new mode and has a certain reference value.
