场地西侧高楼林立,桂湾四单元校园成为区域珍贵的低层建筑,也将成为从高处欣赏桂湾的风景线,我们希望将校
校园场地西侧、北侧紧挨城市绿轴,公共绿地可以直接渗透成为校园景观的一部分.桂湾四单元内部总体上缺乏绿
园融合周边公共绿地,打造一个“前海绿肺”,纾解高密度城市与绿色生态环境的关系.
地公园及开放空间,仅在外围有规划的水廊道,因此校园的大面积绿化能够与两侧绿轴融合,形成更大的景观规
模,如同中央公园一般.场地西侧作为商业中央活力区将会有大量人流,商业骑楼、城市绿轴与校园景观的结合将
能够创造大面积集中的休闲游憩空间,成为区域景观核心.

基地现状是大坑,北边,南边,西边均有挡土墙,与周边道路存在4-6米不等的高差,而东侧十一号路侧是上下双层道
路,包括高架路双向四车道及高架下设的双向两车道道路.

道路可开口范围小,北侧城市绿地,不适宜开车库出入口,而南侧次干路路口间距太小,布置开口不满足规范要求.
因此总体上按人车分离的理念设计了组织进出:西侧毗邻城市景观带,为生活性支路,更适合作为学生进出的主要界
面,因此减少西侧出入口布置,进而以提升人行安全.东侧作为车行主界面,作为车辆进出主要界面,可实现快速到

发.另外,为进一步改善学校周边道路接送车辆占道拥堵问题,将在地下车库布置接送车辆接送区.
