前言
本标准按照GB/T1.1一2009给出的规则起草.本标准由国家粮食局提出. 本标准由全国粮油标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC270）归口本标准起草单位：中粮集团武汉科学研究设计院、国家粮食储备局成都粮食储藏科学研究所.本标准主要起草人：谢健、程科、杨浩然.
粮油名词术语 原粮油料形态学和结构学术语
1范围
本标准适用于粮油商业、工业、科研、教学和相关领域.
2术语和定义
每一种原粮或油料的名称由三部分按下列顺序组成：中文植物名（包括列入圆括号内的"亦称"）；拉丁文学名（列人方括号内）；英文对应词.
其他术语只列出中文名称及英文对应词.
术语的定义采用图形表达，术语用图的说明参见附录A.
