前言
根据江西省住房和城乡建设厅《关于下达2021年第一批江西省工程建设标准、建筑标准设计编制项目计划的通知》（赣建科设[2021]9号）文件，指南编制组经广泛调查研究，参考有关先进指导性文件，认真总结实践经验，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，编制本指南.
本指南共分为7章，主要技术内容包括：1.总则，2.术语，3.基本规定，4.全装修设计，5.全装修施工，6.质量验收，7.部品、模块维修与更换.
