In addition,the pound section of main structural element and sub-frame is used for the deflection calculation in the design. The air permeability,water tightness,resistance to wind load,vertical and inter-story drifts and safety test with scale 1: 1 of the units model are developed for the design feasibility and the test results are studied. In the end,the design suggestions are proposed for the unitized glass curtain wall with sub-frame specified used for super high-rise buildings based on that. The cable stretching of this project is divided into three stages ( pretension→50% →75% 100% ),and each stage is divided into four batches (6 widths of each batch), then the same batch consists of five steps (0-→25%→50%→75%→100%). Finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to simulate the tensioning process, determine the parameters of each batch of cable construction tensile force, structural deformation, and so on. In addition, the cable force and structure displacement in the process of construction is monitored. The measured results show that the cable forces and deformation correspond to theoretical ones,and the structural state reaches the initial design state after the pletion of the stretching.
