Based on the difficult of its assembly,bined with the characteristics of the structure, this paper introduces the low-position assembly technology of ellipsoid shells,the assembly on the top of the podium is bined with ground. The shells are divided into six units, the assembly jig is customized,which could be reused,and shell assembly does not need three- dimensional measurement and positioning. No.1 to No.5 unit assembly is on the ground, blocking in unit, welding in block,docking among blocks,transporting on the top of the podium,hanging-type installing. No.6 unit assembly is on the 20th truss,lifting with short stroke, docking with reinforcing bar. Engineering practice shows that the assembly technology is accurate, safe and efficient. The technology of widening field,which contained the direct and indirect widening method,solved the diffculty with narrow site for assembly.The technology of assembly jig with four corbels solved the difficulty that the capacity of assembly site was inadequate. The research and development technology of self-made equipment solved the difficulty that tower crane cannot meet the lifting requirements. After deep analysis and understanding of the difference between construction stage and usage stage, the method of temporary support and the method with local bar strengthening which made the construction scheme feasible,were used to strengthen the steel corridor structure in the construction stage. Through the simulation of construction stage,the assembly sequence of the construction scheme was optimized. The sensitivity analysis of the integral lifting construction determined the non-synchronization threshold which provided the theoretical basis for the construction of equilibrium state.The results of construction monitoring showed that the simulation analysis of construction stage was reasonable and correct. Abstract:According to the building functional requirements of the hotel lobby in the No.65 floor of
Wuhan Center, the transfer structure height in the No.66floor must be limited within 1.2m. On the
basis of the mega frame structure and the giant suspension structure,bined with process design
method and advanced unloading technology,the outer frame structure above the No.65floor is designed
as the gradually forming structure with upper pulling and lower pression, the top ring truss suspension
reduces bearing capacity of the lower transfer beam, in order to realize the building functional
requirements, this paper systematically introduces its principle.The structure is novel and used inmore
than 400m building for the first time,which solves the problem of structural constraint and the benefits
are achieved.
