前 言
为加强建设工程质量检测管理,确保检测报告和原始记录规范完整、科学准确,依据《建设工程检测管理办法》(住房和城乡建设部令第 57 号)、《建设工程质量检测机构资质标准》(建质规〔2023〕1 号),山东省住房和城乡建设厅组织有关单位经调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考有关国家标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,编制本手册。
本手册共分为:建筑材料及构配件、主体结构及装饰装修、钢结构、地基基础、建筑节能、建筑幕墙、市政工程材料、道路工程、桥梁与地下工程等九部分,以现行标准为依据,按资质标准逐项列举了检测机构主要检测项目和参数的检测报告、原始记录以及填写说明。
本手册由山东省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,由山东省建设工程质量安全中心负责具体条文内容的解释。各单位在执行过程中如有意见和建议,请寄送山东省建设工程质量安全中心(地址:济南市历下区朝山街 25 号,邮政编码:250011,电话:
