It' s investigated adsorption characteristics and the optimal adsorption coditons of Coppercontaining wastewater by modified ly ash. Results show that y ash canbe mdiied by the sdium hyroxide,high temperatre an solvent. dim arbate csolvent s thebest. he experimetal reuls show that: the optimum reaction time is 30 minutes, the most appropriate reaction temperature is 20 °C, the optimum pH value is 10. The adsorption processof Copper-cntaining wastewater on alkalimodified fly ash accords with Temkin and langmuir isotherm equations.
