Taking one tall building-Fuzhou Shimao International Financial Center as an example,the installation procedure of the platform was described and numerical analysis results were presented.Comparison of the numerical analysis results to experimental tests further illustrated the performance of the platform and revealed the deficiencies of original design. Improving suggestions were put forward based on the study. The Fuzhou Shimao International Financial Center project wasfirstly introduced as well as modularized low-position jacking formwork system.Then the key operational procedures of this formwork were presented in detail, including installation procedure and control requirement,the planning of formwork jacking process,measures to cope with concrete pumping and outstretched truss construction, vertical transportation and dismantlement. This project has laid a solid foundation for the wide application of modularized low-position jacking formwork system,and provided engineering experience to the improvement of this construction technique. It is mainly designed for construction of the vertical core wall of tall buildings. Based on the practical application of this formwork system in engineering projects, this paper introduced the overall design concept of hanging rack in low-position jacking steel platform formwork system and the key control points during its installtion. The work in this paper provided references to the standardization and assemblability of rack system. During the construction of the large-scale steel structure, corbels were added on steel columns and extra steel beams were set up between columns to support the rails for the tower crane so that the tower crane can walk inside the structure to finish the hoisting job.This technology can solve the problems of lifting large structural elements from the inside of a large steel project. This paper analyzes the mechanical behaviour of the walking tower crane, indicates the key points to control during the construction. The economical efficiency of the walking tower crane construction is also analyzed.The results show that the construction technology with walking tower crane was properly designed and generated obvious economic benefits. Ltd.Nanchang Jiangxi 330046 China) Abstract:In the construction of Zhongting Square in Ganzhou an innovative method was proposed for the construction of beam transfer floor using pre-stressed oblique tensioning link.By properly setting pre- stressed oblique tensioning links which worked together with the concrete frame beams and columns a posite structure was formed to bear the loads of transfer beam during construction.This construction technique improves the bearing capacity of frame beam during the construction period reduces the number of supports required below the beam transfer floor and shortens the construction period.
