2016年10月下 施工技术 第45卷第20期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 37 D0I:10.7672/sjs2016200037 江苏大剧院戏剧厅钢屋盖安装分析 路伟伟1,李德2,曹平周2,傅新芝1,吴文平1,王文兴 (1.江苏沪宁钢机股份有限公司,江苏宜兴214231; 2.河海大学土木与交通学院,江苏南京210098) [摘要]大型公共建筑钢结构工程由于跨度大、结构形式复杂、用钢量大等特点而带来一系列施工难题,施工过程 中“路径”与“时间”效应对结构合龙时的受力状态与几何形态影响较大,合理的施工方案在保证施工安全的前提 下应尽量减小结构合龙后由于施工所产生的残余应力.以在建的江苏大剧院戏剧厅钢屋盖施工安装为背景工程, 结合戏剧厅钢屋盖结构特点及现场施工条件,拟定钢屋盖安装方案,采用有限元计算软件MIDAS/GEN进行钢屋盖 施工全过程模拟分析,为戏剧厅钢屋盖施工安装提供技术指导.将理论计算结果同实际监测结果进行对比分析, 考证所建有限元模型及所选计算分析方法的正确性. The housing steel structures are similar,consisting of inclined column, swinging columns and ring beam,top ring beam and the concave top steel beam ring beam and other major parts. The roof span is large and the structure is plicated. In order to verify the rationality of the steel structure construction scheme and ensure the safety of the structure during the construction of steel structure, the deformation,stress and strain monitoring of the steel structure are conducted,which can be used as an important evaluation index for the structural safety. 1工程概况 江苏大剧院是一个集演艺、会议、展示、娱乐等 功能为一体的大型文化综合体,地处长江之滨的南 京河西新城核心区,并位于河西中心区东西向文体 轴线西端。
基地净用地面积共19.6633万m²,总建 筑面积271386m²,建筑高度47.3m。

The stress mechanism and bearing capacity calculation method are not clear.The full-scale joint loading tests and finite element analysis were carried out in order to verify the safety under the design load.The change of strain stress and displacement in the various part of the joint were obtained from the tests. Different from conventional facade having been studied, this cable nets. area is larger and deformation control is more difficult. Because the stainless steel cable' s stress relaxation is large and the technology of cable tensioning in aloft is difficult, the optimization design is needed for the cable nets structure. This paper has designed several optimization schemes by changing cable nets structure arrangement, and had contrast studies to the original scheme,including the analysis of internal force and deformation of the cable net structure, and also consider the local structure change that has influence on the performance of the structure. The results show that changing the cable material has low influence on the cable internal force and deformation of the cable net,but the influence is large when the cable net support arrangement is changed.
