2014年4月下 施工技术 第43卷第8期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 65 D0I:10.7672/5js2014080065 洛阳天堂塔转换钢桁架临时支撑卸载 有限元模拟与施工设计 何伟,何容,李晓克 (华北水利水电大学土木与交通学院,河南郑州450011) [摘要]洛阳市隋唐城天堂遗址保护钢塔通过大跨度转换桁架结构支撑在基础环梁上,以保护塔下中心地带天堂 遗址区.采用ANSYS建立三维有限元模型模拟转换桁架卸载施工.并根据有限元模拟结果确定卸载施工工艺流 程.内、外环梁临时支撑点千斤顶分别缩缸8 4mm后可完成卸载.卸载时各支撑点按2次卸载,每次卸载量为总 卸载量的一半,内圈和外圈临时支撑交替卸载.卸载施工时对转换桁架关键构件部位进行了应力与沉降监测.监 测结果显示,实测值与理论值间最大应力误差为3.28MPa 最大位移误差为0.82mm 误差较小,结构整体刚度较 好,有限元模型模拟精度较高.
