Based on this project,the authors briefly introduce the principle of top-down construction method for steel tube columns and summarize the construction points in detail. This included the construction process, steel tube column assembly, inclinometer tube installation, pile foundation opening,reinforcing cage positioning, steel support installation and steel tube column hoisting as well as elevation adjustment, axis control, verticality detection and adjustment for the steel tube columns. The engineering practice shows that the verticality of steel tube columns can meet the design requirements. The construction quality and progress also satisfied the design requirements. the TA04 tenders of inter-city rapid rail project from Nanjing to Gaochun were analyzed. The data shows that the surface subsidence is much larger when the shield excavate in the posite stratum than in the rock stratum.In addition, the cabin pressure has great influence on stability of excavation face.The data also shows that the surface subsidence is almost unaffected by different depth,cabin pressure and synchronousgroutingquantity when the shield excavateintherock stratum.Finally,in consideration of the construction difficulties like tool wear,excavation face incrusted with mud and so on, technical measures were given. That is,low cabin pressure were set and in the rock stratum and high cabin pressure were set in the posite stratum when the shield passed through. The measures achieved good results. 2011年12月上 施工技术 第40卷第354期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 75 南京南站梅雨季节地下结构防水施工技术 刘小刚,骆明红,顾海勇 (中国建筑股份有限公司南京南站项目经理部,江苏南京211101) [摘要]南京南站是京沪高铁五大枢纽站之一,具有建筑规模大、工期紫等特点,地下结构防水施工期间要历经江 淮流城特有的梅雨季节.地下工程防水设计采用SB5高聚物沥青防水卷材,依据规范施工前要对基底进行验收, 要求基底十燥.根据梅雨季节气候特点,大面积防水施工无法展开.经过设计优化调整及细部节点深化设计,成 功解决了因天气原因面影响施工的问题.通过上程实践证明,不同材料的防水卷材混合使用能够满足规范要求, 保证施工质量. The surrounding structure cantilevers outside column, and the maximum cantilever length is 30m. The authors analyze some and so on.By whole scheme parison and selection,technical research,the construction method with lateral high-sky sliding one by one by dividing unit and small unit bulk way on high altitude platform at end is used,thus the installation is finished sucessfully. Practice shows that the method not only is feasible,but also effectively shortens construction period,and improves installation efficiency.The installation technology with long-distance and high level sliding one by one is created in the grid structure construction of large-scale railway passenger station buildings. Based on the finite element program, a jack element model used to simulate removing temporary supports of roof is presented and discused. The jack element model is posed of a presson-only link element and a classical beam element, and the two elements are modified by two coefficient α and β. The jack element model behaves as a real jack and it can simulate accurately the separation and contact between the main structure and the jack fixed on the temporary suppor, as wellasrebound of temporary supports during the processofremoving temporary supports.The results obtained demonstrate that the jack element model can be used to pute effectively and accurately the internal force and deformation of the steel structural roof and temporary supports during the construction process.
