2023年度分包指导价 建筑、安装、市政、钢结构专业 中建局安装工程有限公司 编制说明 1、本指导价是根据公司当前成熟的分包模式，风险最低的组价模式及具体项目的现场条件 编制的，是项目部、公司编制分包招标实物量清单、招标控制价、成本预算的基础与依据， 项目部、公司编制分包招标文件时，必须参照本指导价所列示的清单细目、清单特征描述、 分包内容、计算规则进行. 2、项目部在编制具体项目的实物量清单、分包招标控制价时，要根据具体项目的项目特 征、付款方式、子目控制指标、当地劳务市场行情及施工工期进行调整换算.其中： (1)具体项目特征不同时，按指导价要求及项目工程所使用定额规定的换算办法换算； (2)本指导价按过程中付款70%、完工支付85%、结算后支付95%的支付条件为基准，付款 方式不同时，项目依据自身的付款条件上浮或者下降对应的分包分供控制价. (3)控制指标不同时，根据项目实际控制指标调整劳务分包控制价格； (4)劳务分包控制价格存在较大地区差异，按照当地市场行情测算； (5)本指导价房建专业是按常规公建、住宅多层框架结构考虑，实际工程为其他类型及 复杂异形结构可单独测算.
