1.0.1为加快广西壮族自治区建筑工程运维管理的数字化建设， 引导和规范运维阶段建筑信息模型应用，提高信息应用的效率和效益，制定本标准.1.0.2本标准适用于广西壮族自治区建筑工程运维阶段建筑信息模型的应用.1.0.3建筑工程运维阶段建筑信息模型的应用除应符合本标准 外，尚应符合国家、行业及广西现行有关标准的规定.

建筑自竣工交付至使用期限结束的时期，这一时期涵盖了包括但不限于设备维护、设备更替、能耗管理等保障建筑正常运行的管理工作.简称运维.
