我们觉得既要有它的通用设计类型学，也要有它独特设计在地性的差异学.
01以风为径
设计伊始我们就从湖湘气候的大环境作为切入点，寻找湖湘好房子的核心特点一
自然通风--大自然永远是设计最好的引导者
在设计中我们从规划的布局形态、周边风廊的贯通、小区的南北向通透差异化通风引导、底层全架空、板楼户型的南北通透穿堂风、局部下沉广场的冷巷、局部遮阳的回廊、微气候的水环境加强 通风微环境等等全方位多层次思考及设计引导自然通风，以期实现最大化的自然通风效果，适应湖湘住宅的气候特征.

其次我们又从湖湘地域的小环境作为向导，寻找湖湘好房子的差异化特点一
向湖而生一 一环境永远是设计最好的追寻者
一条斜线通廊的规划形态对城市进行空间、交通缝合，拉通地铁站 在设计中我们立足地块的区域环境，站在城市设计视角，采用及大泽湖公园的轴线连接.同时积极让社区融入城市设计，通过趣味交通体验、体验式商业步行街、无障码式半地下空间利用打造、 广场节点空间植入等让社区成为缝合城市整体的有机部分.布局上最大化靠近和融入有利环境，合理避开及匹配不利环境，形成东南向商业办公功能及北面折线最大化景观朝向高层住宅功能布局.

03新邻里社区
最后我们以当代为立足点从时代性出发，站在人的角度，寻找湖湘好房子的人性化特点一
新邻里社区打造-新时代的人永远是设计师 最大的关注者
在设计中我们梳理了当代社区的整端和人们对新社交的诉求.别.通过三级层级社区的设置--全开放的活力商业街及社区广场、 半开放共享的邻里中心、相对私密性的社区活动及邻里活动平台.在最主要的社区活动层面，通过户型面积的分配进行了相对的社交
结合实际情况对新邻里社区进行了层级划分，兼顾落地性和用户差为主的集中式社交一一体现其年轻、活力、公共大社交、大面积的稳定家庭户型以三层为一个邻里单位的新邻里社交一-体现其多元、便捷、邻里小社交.通过不同人群的社交习惯匹配及场所引导， 剪除当代社区住宅的封闭性社交那端，修复构建新的社区人与人之间的关系.
