从社会网络分析(socialnetworkanalysis)的视角来研究绿色建筑项目的风险关联 关系,构建了绿色建筑项目风险关联关系网络,利用社会网络分析工具Pajek软件进行风险关联关系网络的参数计 算,使用&核与社会网络参数相结合的研究方法,对绿色建筑项目的风险关联关系进行综合分析与评估。
得到了 绿色建筑项目风险网络的11核凝聚子网络,较原风险网络的顶点数量降低53%,密度提升49.7%。
根据11核子 网络进一步识别出绿色建筑项目中的可控关键风险和首要控制风险,并提出了风险治理策略。

From the Social Network Analysis perspective,this article researches the risk correlationofgreen building projects,buildsariskcorrelationnetworkofthegreenbuilding projectuses Pajek software which is a socialnetwork analysis tool to calculate parameters of the risk correlation network,uses themethod of k-cores bined with social network parameters to prehensive analyze and evaluate therisk correlation of green building projects.The studyhas gota1l-cores condensation risk network of the green building project.Based on the11-cores risk network,the number of nodes of the risk network has a 53%reduction and the density of the risk network has a 49.7% growth.According to the 11-cores network,to further identify the key and primary risk which can be controlled of green building project,risk management strategies are put forward.
