采用有限元软件ANSYS建立样板段的幕墙面板、龙骨和主体钢结构斜柱计算模型,对其在 实测温差工况下的应力、内力及变形进行了计算。
实测与计算结果对比表明,幕墙面板Mises应力实测值较计算值 偏大,龙骨轴力结果较接近,各测点的温度效应变化趋势相同,实测与计算结果总体吻合较好。
对该样板段幕墙体 系在极限温差为40℃的工况作用下的温度效应做了进一步计算,计算结果表明,幕墙面板应力未超过其屈服强度, 高应力区主要集中在与塑形龙骨连接的位置。
综合实测和计算结果对该幕墙体系提出了相应的改进方案。

The strain of SHSS curtain walltemplate system on construction site is measured in spring and autumn, and its stress and internal force caused by temperature difference is researched. The finite element software ANSYS is employed to establish the model of SHSS curtain wall template system including stainless steel panel,keel and main structure steel column for which the stress, internal force and deformation under the condition of actual measurement temperature difference are calculated.
