季海峰,李珠,刘元珍,许家文 (太原理工大学建筑与土木工程学院,山西太原030024) [摘要]针对寒区隧道当前广泛采用的保温隔热材料各方面的缺陷,提出新型无机玻化微珠保温砂浆在寒区隧道 保温隔热中的应用。
结合玻化微珠保温砂浆的物理力学性能,探讨其在寒区隧道应用的可能性,初步提出寒区隧 道玻化微珠保温砂浆保温隔热层的设置方式。
基于传热学的基本理论,推导得出玻化微珠保温隔热层设置厚度的 计算方法。
通过有限元计算分析,对寒区隧道采用玻化微珠保温砂浆隔热层保温效果以及隧道施工因素和初始地 温对隧道温度场的影响进行分析。
结果表明玻化微珠保温砂浆具有良好的保温隔热性能,验证了其在寒区隧道实 施的可能性。

Based on the basic heat transfer theory,the calculation method of the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead insulation layer thickness is obtained. Through the finite element analysis, heat preservation effect of glazed hollow bead mortar insulation layer is researched,while the effects of the tunnel construction factors and initial ground temperature to the tunnel temperature field are also analyzed.The results showed that the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar has good heat insulation performance,verified the possibility of implementationin the cold region tunnels.
