大跨度大吨位型钢转换桁架高空滑移提升技术 孙兴春',苏源',卢庆',杜凯² (1.南通海洲建设集团有限公司,江苏海安226600;2.新疆中秦化学股份有限公司,新疆乌鲁木齐830009) 【摘要】结合新疆某工程介绍了大跨度、大吨位型钢转换桁架在普通大型机械无法作业情况下,高空利用桁架对称 特性,自承载式分块滑移和提升完成桁架吊装。
即横向桁架作为滑移支架,纵向桁架分块在横向桁架上滑移,然后 利用就位的纵向桁架柱作为支撑点,在柱顶设置钢绞线千斤顶,利用固定在纵向桁架两侧柱顶的钢绞线千斤顶将 纵向桁架提升至设计高度,完成析架吊装。
[关键词]钢结构;转换桁架;滑移;提升;千斤顶 【中图分类号】TU758.1【文献标识码】A[文章编号]1002-8498(2013)02-0031-04 Sliding and Lifting of the Large-span and Large-tonnage Steel Transfer Truss at High Altitude Sun Xingchun', Su Yuan', Lu Qing', Du Kai² (1.Nantong Haizhou Construction Group Co.,Ld.,Haian,Jiangsu 226600,China; 2.Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co.,Lid.,Urumgi,Xinjiang 830009,China) Abstract;The entry hall of Hefei Lakeshore International Convention and Exhibition Center is a space structure with large-span special-shaped steel pipe arch trusses.According to the characteristics of this project and the key points of construction technology, it was decided that the structural ponents were fabricated in the factory in bination with site assembly.On site,the structural ponents were lifted by support jig to the air and assembled in the air. The roof was installed using synchronously and symmetrically unloading method.The installtion procedure was determined through the working condition analysis. The key points for the hoisting of the truss beam and closure were studied. The unloading numerical modeling and construction monitoring were performed to the entire construction procedure.The numerical modeling results showed agreement with the monitoring values.
