依据中华人民共和国海事局文件（海船员[2018]545号）中华人民共和国海事局关于印发《中华人民共和国 为加强船上的培训管理，保证船员培训质量，提高船员的职业素质，保障水上人命和财产安全，保护环境，海船船员船上培训管理办法》的通知要求而编写此记录薄.

1）本培训薄记录为取得中华人民共和国海船船员适任证书、培训合格证或者船员履职而进行的船上培训.
