前言
根据《国家能源局关于下达（2015年能源领域行业标准制 （修）订计划>的通知》（国能科技[2015]283号）的有关要求，编制 组认真总结、调研了近年来火力发电厂可行性研究工作经验，并在 广泛征求意见的基础上，对《火力发电厂可行性研究报告内容深度 规定》DL/T5375一2008进行了修订。
本标准主要技术内容有：总则、可行性研究报告内容深度、可 行性研究报告附件和可行性研究报告附图等。
本次修订的主要技术内容是： 1.修改了总则、电力系统、热（冷）负荷分析、燃料来源、厂址条 件、工程方案设想、环境保护与水土保持、综合利用、劳动安全与职 业卫生，投资估算、融资方案及财务分析，可行性研究报告附件与 附图等相关内容范围和深度规定； 2.修改了烟气脱硫脱硝内容范围和深度规定，并将相关内容 调整至“工程方案设想”章节； 3.增加了“抗灾能力评价”章节，明确了相关内容范围和深度 规定； 4.删除了可行性研究报告审查的强制性要求，突出项目单位 自主性； 5.修改了可行性研究阶段应取得的支持性文件。
本标准自实施之日起，替代《火力发电厂可行性研究报告内容 深度规定》DL/T5375--2008。
本标准由国家能源局负责管理，由电力规划设计总院提出，由 能源行业发电设计标准化技术委员会负责日常管理，由电力规划 设计总院负责具体技术内容的解释。
