摘要

城市街区风貌是一个城市发展历程的见证与积累，展现了城市自身的文化特色与城市记忆的丰富内涵.而带有文化特色的历史街区更新设计则是新时代城市规划设计的重点内容.基地所处的前门珠市口地块周边具备有大栅栏，鲜鱼口等历史文化街区，文化资源，历史特色，建筑景观丰富多彩，拥有较高的历史文化价值和旅游开发条件.相比之下，珠市口大街以南，天坛北侧的地块虽然具备有传统历史街区和平房保护区等历史文化资源，自身的文化却没有得到合理的保留与传承，城市活力不断缺失，城市特色缺乏彰显.本文依据“随着时代变迁，在历史街区的更新规划中，需要在保留原有文化底蕴的基础上加以保留与传承，在使用价值上符合现代社会的发展需求，与时代接轨，促进自身的活力提升.”的理念.对天坛北侧地块的保护更新规划进行深入的研究与探讨，在文化传承的视角下，激发传统历史街区的文化记忆，与街区空间的改造，功能布局的优化相结合，在新时代达到自身的活力提升.

Abstract

Historic district isthewitness and accumulation of a city'sdevelopment process showing the rich connotation of the city'sown cultural characteristics and the city'smemory.And therenewal design ofhistoric blocks with cultural characteristics is the key content of urban planning and design in the new era.There are historicaland cultural blocks such as Dashilan andbaseis located.There are culturalresources historicalfeatures FreshFishKou around the Qianmen Zhushikou Plotwhere therich and colorful architectural landscapes which have highhistorical andcultural valueand tourism development conditions.Incontrast although the land to the north of the Temple of Heaven south of Zhushikou Street has historical and culturalresourcessuchastraditionalhistoricalblocks andbungalowconservationarea its own culturehasnotbeen properly preserved and inherited and the urban vitality is constantlylacking and the urbancharacteristicsare notmanifested.According to“with thechange of times in therenewal planningofhistorical districts the original cultural deposits should be retainedand inherited，soastomeet the developmentneedsofmodern societyin termsof usevalue keepin line with The Timesandpromote theirownvitality.From theperspective ofcultural inheritance theculturalmemory ofthe traditionalhistoricalblockisstimulatedandbinedwiththetransformationof theblockspace and theoptimization ofthefunctional layout
