However concrete strain are reduced by 31%for removing molding-boards and 37%for curing which continues for 9 to 12 hours in the hot climate.The effects of preventing early-age shrinkage cracks in the super-long slab are famous because of the special construction provisions being taken. Through the analysis of different moisture content on the influence of the acceleration signal, the degree of pactness and the acceleration signal amplitude of the linear correlation were analyzed respectively with methods of amplitude method,harmonic ratio method and strain rate method.The test results show that the linear correlation of amplitude method is the highest and the‘correlation coefficient can reach 0.9246.What's more,when using this equipment to predict the degree of pactness, the eror is within 1.5% pared with the traditional test method,which meet the engineering requirements.
