Based on site investigation, the retrofitting design andreconstruction were performed. Specifically,the precast slabs were replaced by channel steel with cast-in-situ concrete slab.The original beam was removed and replaced by cast-in-situ concrete beam of the same cross-section.The retrofitting work eliminated the influence of gas explosion on the main structure and ensured the safety of the residential building.
