周宇光 （中国海外集团有限公司，香港） [摘要】施工企业在不断的信息化中建设了各类信息系统，在信息系统的应用中产生了大量数据，其中包含了各个 层级项目管理人员极具价值的信息。
但是由于数据的分散、孤立性面较难应用于管理与决策，引人商业智能技术 能够有效地整合、分析数据，提升施工企业项目管理水平。
作者在研究与总结项目管理模式与商业智能应用的基 础上，结合中国海外集团的实际情况，研究与建立了施工企业商业智能系统，并总结实践应用经验及探讨未来发展 方向。

Business intelligence is a key technology to promote the project management level of construction enterprise by efectively data integration and analysis. The paper discussed the pattern of project management and the application of business intelligence， bined with the situation of China Overseas Holdings Limited to establish the business intelligence system of construction enterprise.At the end of the paper，author summarized the application results and discussed the future direction.
