大直径预埋螺栓群安装调校控制技术
杨华俊，夏宏智 （中建电力建设有限公司，广东深圳518034） [摘要】广东台山核电站常规岛主厂房大直径螺栓群预埋于授板基础大体积混凝土结构中。
以某组螺栓群为例， 介绍了螺检安装的工艺流程，测量仪器的选择，钢柱脚定位放线，定位板、钢支架、钢框底座的制作与安装，螺栓群 的调校控制等。
掌握了其初调、精调、微调的校核工艺及操作要点。
调校控制结果表明螺检群的技术参数质量偏 差均满足设计要求。
