飞龙湖是台州的一个真正意义上的“百年大计”.该项目将赋能城市升级转型，使其跃升为未来型的新都市.在山-可能和协作模式：生态上，我们既要恢复自然山林的生态 城-湖一体化的框架内，我们双向探索城市和自然的多种系统，也要建设三维城市花园；产业上，既要促进创新，又要继承传统智慧；水系统上，既要提高飞龙湖的防洪能力，也要在其周围塑造一个复合多元的生态农业景观.同时，多种低碳策略因地制宜应用于不同的多功能区域.最终，我们希望为当地居民和未来人才创造了一个宜居宜业宜游的新城市中心示范.
