The results show that UV aging former BRA modified asphalt mixture failure strain than asphalt mixes to improve 248μ,freeze-off temperature decreases 0.2°C. After UV aging BRA modified asphalt mixture than asphalt mixture at low temperature cracking resistance is better than the multivariate coupling matrix asphalt, the road performance slower decay rate. Meanwhile, bined with the test results, this paper presented cracking curve, and tried to establish a putational model of cracking of asphalt mixture. It is remended that the original design change as ‘shotcrete + steel grid + bolt lock pin',the feasibility of the scheme is verified by the monitoring data from the field. Taking Xining Haihu Gymnasium for example,the application of healthy monitoring technology in gymnasium construction based onfiberBragg grating sensor and the vibrating wire sensor is introduced.It expounds the position,monitoring measure,monitoring points arrangement of healthy monitoring.The monitoring data show that during construction,key members’ stresses are stable,and the internal forces are less than steel yield strength,which can meet design requirements.Meanwhile,each ring displacement monitoring data are stable,which is key evaluation index for Xining Haihu Gymnasium. And technical safety measure during the roof's construction towards border and the monitoring of the truss's position are also introduced.It proves that the technology can save fee and time.
