The strength reduction method is used to evaluate the safety factor of the foundation excavation in three different kinds of situations. The results show that for different supporting conditions, the plastic zone to develop more fully,safety coefficient is larger, and after reduction analysis model of deformation, the greater the safety coeficient is smaller.
