Compared with the results of the on-site monitoring, through the parison analysis, this paper made the conclusion that using the construction sequence of “first upper tunnel,next lower tunnel",the tunnel would have the minimal influence on the surface subsidence and the circumferential stress and strain of the segment. This is especially true when over-break occurs. This paper simulated the tunneling process in soft rock using FLAC3D, and discussed the influence of over-break ,under-break, back-filling with stone ballast and backing with C40 concrete on the tunnel stability. It was found that it is very important to strictly control over-break and when over-break occurs, high strength material should be used for back-filling in dense paction in order to keep the tunnel stability. When the excavation width is larger with stronger effect on the wall the corner effects are relatively outstanding with the sphere of influence about 5~7 times of the depth of excavation.At the same time the convex effect should be considered fully.The displacement of the soil outside corresponds to convex point will be also more obvious.
