以新疆大剧院项目为背景,通 过MIDAS软件对外壳钢结构卸载过程的应力变化进行了分析,并选取分析结果中应力较大部位,对其在卸载过程 中的应变响应进行了实时监测,并对数据进行对比分析,验证了软件分析与实测值较吻合。

In this paper, MIDAS software was used to analyze the change of stress in the structure during the unloading process in Xinjiang Grand Theatre Project.According to the results of MIDAS,some key sites in the structure with high-level stress was chosen to be monitored. Finally, it is found that the analysis results are very close to the measured values by parison. Key words;steel structures; trusses; jig;unloading; stresses;monitoring;finite element method 利用通用有限元软件可以很好地模拟结构在 拆除临时支撑前后的应力场分布状况,但几乎不能 做到对拆除临时支撑过程的“路径效应”(加载历 史)的动态反映。
对结构卸载进行全程应变监测, 既可以全面了解应力的变化趋势,也可与数值分析 结果进行对比分析,找出对卸载过程最敏感的部 位,为类似工程的卸载施工提供参考。
