Merivale has invited Heatherwick studio to engage in a four week pre-concept design phase to develop a unique and excitingmixed-usedevelopment in the heart of Sydney's CBD at300-330GeorgeStreet.
The project is centred around Merivale's existing property holdings atthe site but alsoincludes the adjacent sitewhich isproposed to be afuturelocationfor theHunterStreetMetroStation.Merivaleiskeen to createanew experiencewithinSydney incorporating theMetro station into thedevelopmenttobringtimeless addition to thecity.
