粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2016NO.6 试验与应用 掺粉煤灰和矿粉对混凝土开裂性能的影响* The Affection to the Performance of Concrete Cracking of Fly Ash and Slag 丁海清,宋旭艳,韩静云 (苏州科技大学土木工程学院,江苏苏州215000) 摘要:选用粉煤灰、矿粉作为掺合料以单掺和复掺的形式掺入到硅酸盐水泥混凝土中,检测其坍落度和3d、28d 抗压强度以及早期抗开裂性能.研究结果表明:矿粉粉煤灰均会降低混凝土3d强度,矿粉可以提高混凝土28d强度, 粉煤灰掺量过大会降低混凝土28d强度.随着矿粉掺量的增加,混凝土坍落度随之降低,粉煤灰刚加人时会使混凝土坍 落度降低,但是随着掺量的升高,坍落度会逐渐增大;开裂方面:单掺时,粉煤灰与矿粉都在掺量为37%时,抗开裂效果最 佳,其中粉煤灰效果最好,复掺时,随着矿粉相对掺量的变大,裂缝的面积和数目都在增大. 关键词:粉煤灰;矿渣;混凝土;早期开裂 中图分类号:TU528.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-8249(2016)06-0029-04 Ding Haiqing Song Xuyan Han Jingyun (College of Civil Engineering Suzhou University of Science and Technology Suzhou 215000) Abstract:The slump 3 days 28 days pressive strength and the early crack resistance of Portland cement concrete which paste with fly ash slag were tested.The results showed that:slag and fly ash as the addition decreased 3d pressive strength of portland cement concrete and slag increased the 28d pressive strength of the concrete while too high quantity of fly ash reduced it.The slag had bad impact on the reduction of slump but the increase of fly ash made the slump of concrete large.In the aspect of cracking:when the addition of admixture is 37% the admixture would restrain cracking effectively and fly ash worked best.When the slag mixed with fly ash area and the number of the cracks increased with the increasing amount of the slag. 在一 定范围内吸附量值随着外加剂掺量增加而增加。
粉体对外加剂的吸附量随着粉体细度的增加先增大后减小,存在转折 点。

The testing results are as follows: when water cement ratio is 0, 6, adding 1% mass pound reducing water agent which naphthalene to lignin ratiois 46, the dispersion effet of modified raw soil slurry is best; meanwhile the water cement ratiois 0.5, ading 1% masspound reducing water agent which naphthaliene to ignin ratio is 6 4, the modified raw soil slurry also has the best dispersion effeet. The strength of raw soil modified by lignin and naphthalene pound reduc- ing water agent and activatoris imperoved the most : and the pressive strength of modified raw soil materials, with 1% pound re ducing water agent which naphthalene to lignin ratio is 1 1, has archived to 40 MPa.
