1总则
1.0.1为规范热力站的建设.增强供热安全管控能力，促进节能增效，制定本标准.1.0.2本标准适用于新建、改建和扩建的热力站工程.1.0.3热力站的建设除应符合本标准规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定.
2术语
2.0.1热力站heatingstation
用来转换供热介质种类、改变供热介质参数、分配、控制及计量供给热用户热量的综合体.
2.0.2汽-水换热器steam-waterheatexchanger加热介质为蒸汽、被加热介质为水的表面式换热器.
2.0.3水-水换热器water-waterheatexchanger加热介质与被加热介质均为水的表面式换热器.
2.0.4吸收式换热机组absorptionheatexchanger由热水型吸收式热泵与常规换热器集成一体的换热装置.
2.0.5 大温差热力站 largetemperaturcdiffercnceheating
station
采用吸收式换热机组或其他热泵设备，实现一级管网回水温度低于二级管网回水温度的热力站.
2.0.6本地监控站localmonitoringstation实现本地数据采集、监测、控制、通信的系统.
